Daily Finds is a curated marketplace offering trending products sourced from third-party suppliers via the Modalyst platform and integrated with our Wix store. We do not manufacture most products; we facilitate orders and customer support while suppliers handle fulfillment.

3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete information;

• Maintain the security of your login credentials;

• Promptly update any changes to your information; and

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Product Listings, Availability & Descriptions
We strive for accurate product information. However, product descriptions, images, pricing, availability, and specifications may be provided by third-party suppliers and are subject to change without notice. Minor variations in color, packaging, or features may occur.
If an item is unavailable or backordered, we may cancel your order and issue a refund, or contact you with alternative options.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

• Prices: Displayed in USD unless otherwise stated and do not include taxes, shipping, or duties (calculated at checkout).

• Errors: In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or adjust the order and notify you.

• Payments: Processed through secure third-party processors available on Wix (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees.

• Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT/GST, or import duties assessed by your jurisdiction.

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Timeframes: Typical delivery windows are 5–10 business days, but vary by supplier, destination, and courier. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are not guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address.

• Tracking: We will provide tracking when available. Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Because we source from multiple suppliers, return eligibility and procedures vary:

• Window: Most suppliers allow returns within 14–30 days of delivery. Some items are final sale (e.g., hygiene items, customized products).

• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

• Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or the supplier is at fault, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
