  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in original packaging.

    • Returned with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:

    • Personalized or custom products.

    • Hygiene-related items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).

    • Clearance or final-sale items.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us First: Email with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for Instructions: We will confirm if your item qualifies and provide return details.

  3. Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once the supplier receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees may not be refundable.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after supplier confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or card statement.

  • Contact your payment provider.

  • If still unresolved, email us at support@yourdomain.com.

Important Notes

  • Daily Finds acts as a reseller of other suppliers in the marketplace. Refunds depend on supplier approval.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.
